At iu4u, we started with a simple goal: reusable pen applicators and storage accessories you buy once and refill.
If you've searched for these online before, you probably know how hard it is to find a metal pen with a twist end, a refillable cartridge and a case made to fit it, all in one place. So we built a store around one range: seven pen colours, refill bottles in five pack sizes, and cases and kits to go with them.

What is an iu4u pen applicator?
A reusable, refillable twist-pen applicator with a 3ml cartridge, made for makeup and beauty products. Buy the pen once and top it up whenever you need to.
What colours are there?
Pens come in seven: Rose, Steel Blue, Teal, Purple, Navy, Gold and Gunmetal. Zip Cases come in Grey, Rose, Steel Blue, Navy, Teal and Black; Small Zip Cases in Black, Steel Blue, Rose and Grey; Lockboxes in Grey, Cream and Rose. Steel Blue, Rose, Teal and Navy cases match the pens of the same name; Black and Grey go with every pen colour.
What is the Zip Case?
A case for one pen applicator and refill bottles: 199 x 95 x 47 mm, 77 g, with a firm inner shell under the fabric (not a soft casing), a soft lining, an elastic holder, a mesh pocket, a zip closure and a wrist strap.
What is the Small Zip Case?
A case for refill bottles only: 146 x 89 x 34 mm, 54 g, with the same firm inner shell, soft lining, elastic holder, mesh pocket, zip closure and wrist strap. The pen applicator does not fit this one.
What is the Lockbox?
A lockable storage box with a combination lock: 235 x 128 x 92 mm, 342 g, in Grey, Cream or Rose, with instructions for setting your own code. Supplied as an empty storage box.
What comes in a kit?
Three kits: Pen + Zip Case in your colours; the Starter Kit (a pen, a zip case and 5 or 15 refill bottles); and the Travel Set (a pen, a zip case, a small zip case and 15 refill bottles). There is also a pen with 5 refill bottles. Each set page lists exactly what is included and its price.
How do refills work?
Refill bottles hold 3ml and are supplied empty. They come in packs of 5, 15, 25, 50 and 100, and the bigger the pack, the less each bottle costs.
How much is delivery?
UK standard delivery is £3.49 and is free on qualifying orders of £20 or more. Express is £5.00 and is not included in the free-delivery offer. We currently deliver to the UK only.
How long will my order take?
Same-day dispatch Monday–Friday guaranteed, via Royal Mail. Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days and Express takes 1 to 2. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return something?
For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days after receiving your goods if you wish to cancel. Return the goods within 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Your rights if goods are faulty or not as described are unaffected.
